Easy ways to return a parcel with SwiftDrop Xpress

Once you’ve selected your retailer, all you need is your order details and email address to start your return. Depending on your retailer and parcel size, the available return methods may vary.

ParcelShop drop off

ParcelShops are convenient drop off locations based in local shops. You can print your label in most shops using our Print in ParcelShop devices.

Courier collection

Your friendly local courier will collect your return from an address of your choice. Book a collection up to 7 days in advance. Collections between 8am - 8pm.

Yes, provided that the retailer or seller uses SwiftDrop Xpress for their returns. 

First, check to see the way that the retailer or seller would like you to return your item. This could be a pre-printed label that came with your parcel, or your retailer might book it with us for you. 

Unfortunately, we don’t offer a returns service for all retailers so if your retailer’s name isn’t showing they may not use SwiftDrop Xpress for their returns.

However, some retailers are also referred to by different names so we’d recommend contacting your retailer to find out if they use SwiftDrop Xpress for their returns and if so, what name they can be found under. If your retailer has confirmed that they do returns with Evri and you are unable to find them on our website, please visit SwiftDrop Xpress Parcel Returns where you should be able to find them.

Costs vary for different sellers and retailers, and some offer free returns with us. 

We recommend contacting the retailer directly if you have any questions about costs, or look on their app or website by searching for the returns section. 

You can also book your return with us and you’ll be given a price once you’ve provided us with the details about your parcel.

Please allow 14 days from the time you handed over your item for return. It can sometimes take a while for the retailer or seller to confirm they’ve received your parcel. 

If 14 days have passed since you handed over your parcel for return, and your retailer says that they haven’t received your parcel, then you need to ask for an investigation into the missing returned parcel.
