We have a range of support services available, from automated self-service channels, to direct contact with Swiftdrop Xpress customer service advisors. Starting a chat is the quickest way to get help.
In order for us to help you, you may need to provide information about your parcel. If you don’t have this information to hand, unfortunately, you might not be able to get through to us.
For parcel queries, we’ll need one of the following:
- Tracking number e.g. H044CA0012345678
- Calling card number e.g. 12345678
If you can’t find this information and you’re unable to get through to us on chat or the telephone, contact the parcel sender or retailer for help.
