If you’re not going to be in, don’t worry! Our tracking tool lets you divert your parcel or select a ‘Safe Place’ for our parcel Couriers to leave your items

Deliveries good. No issues with deliveries. Returns via swiftdrop xpress are very hit and miss…my two local evri shops both often refuse to take parcels because they are “too big” (anything bigger than a foot squared) and both often tell me they are taking any more in for the day even though the shop is open for a few more hours so to come back the next day. Tonight the printer wasn’t working so asked me to go home and print my own label, but I don’t have a printer. The list goes on, but the point is…I have a problem or am turned away more often than not so I dread doing returns.
